1. Membership Eligibility

To become a member and use the services of odd11, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Non-odd11 Staff: Staff, contractors and immediate family members of the odd11 team are not permitted to register as members or participate in any game offered on the platform.

2. Account Registration

The account registration process at odd11 is simple, fast, and secure. The following terms and responsibilities apply to registration:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an odd11 account. Inaccurate information may result in account suspension or closure, particularly during the withdrawal process.

• All withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the withdrawal method and KYC verification requirements.

• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

3.4 Currency

4. Bonus & Promotions

• Welcome Bonus: A 150% bonus of up to RM1,500 is awarded to new odd11 members on their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30 times the bonus value before any withdrawal can be made.
• Daily Reload Bonus: A 30% reload bonus is available daily for active odd11 members. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus value. This bonus must be claimed through the promotions section in your odd11 account before making a deposit.
• Weekly Cashback: Members are eligible to receive cashback of up to 10% of their net weekly losses. Cashback is credited every Monday and must be used within 7 days.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at any given time. You must complete the wagering requirements of your current bonus before claiming a new one.

odd11 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Fraud or illegal activities such as money laundering.
• Use of multiple accounts.
• Security breaches or hacking attempts against the platform.

You may also close your odd11 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you within 3–5 business days after your closure request has been processed.

10. Liability Cap
